Not sure about the size or style? Our Postal Try-On service lets you try your favourite dress at home before committing to your event hire.
It's the perfect way to make sure your dress is the right fit, so you can book with confidence.
How It Works
1. Choose Your Dress
Browse our collection and select the dress you'd like to try on.
2. Book Your Try-On
Contact us to arrange your try-on date. We'll confirm availability and organise postage.
3. Try It On
Once your dress arrives, try it on in the comfort of your own home. Please avoid wearing fake tan, makeup or perfume while trying on the dress.
4. Return Your Dress
Pack the dress back into the provided satchel and lodge it with Australia Post on the agreed return date.
5. Book Your Hire
Love the dress? We'll help you secure it for your event date.
Postal Try-On Pricing
Postal Try-On Fee: $35
Refundable Bond: $80
The bond is fully refunded once the dress is returned on time and in its original condition.
Please note: The try-on fee is non-refundable.
Important Information
- Try-ons are for sizing and fit only.
- Dresses must be returned on the agreed date.
- Please do not wear the dress to an event.
- Avoid fake tan, perfume, makeup and jewellery that may damage the garment.
- Any damage or excessive soiling may result in bond deductions.
